Since 2018, iPower has prepared 30+ new branches a year for a leading Saudi bank. Each branch needs IT equipment from six or seven different suppliers; iPower receives all deliveries at its warehouse, tracks each branch until it is complete, then ships and installs everything on the bank's schedule, across the Kingdom's regions.

The challenge
Each new branch needs equipment from six or seven different suppliers and has a fixed opening date, with 30+ new branches a year in different cities.
Our solution
iPower acts as a single receiving point: it receives every supplier's delivery at its warehouse, links it to the branch number, reports what is complete and what is missing, then ships and installs on the bank's schedule.
