Integrated Power for Information Technology (iPower) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Data we collect

  • Information you submit through our forms: name, company, job title, email address, phone number, project details and any files you attach (such as an RFP).
  • Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the website, such as your language and display preferences.

2. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiries and quote requests and to prepare proposals.
  • To send you the newsletter you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

3. Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and deliver emails, under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
  • Some of these providers (website hosting, email delivery and our business email service) may process your data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where this happens, we rely on contractual safeguards with the provider and transfer only the data needed for the purpose you submitted it for, in line with the PDPL and its regulations on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom.

4. Retention

  • We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

5. Cookies

  • We use only essential cookies and browser storage to remember your language and display preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
  • To understand how the site is used, we measure aggregated, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country and device type) with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

6. Your rights

  • Under the PDPL you may ask to be informed about how your data is processed, access a copy of it, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Security

  • We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
